The credit of handling a criticism is entirely yours. Accepting the constructive part of a criticism is difficult, but it earns you a great deal of positivity. This MBA admission question asks you for describing your explicit aspects of handling a feed back.

Here are some guidelines to structure your answer:

• Recollect few feedbacks that you have received, which need not essentially be from your professional circle.
• Pick one instance that had the greatest impact on your life or on your thinking.
• Explain the situation, the exact words, or reactions that struck you like an alarm.
• Were you able to absorb the shock or were you expecting any such criticism.
• What lesson did you learn and what made you realize the lesson in the feedback?
• Did you find your learning helpful to you?
• Describe how you are a better person, professionally/personally after acting positively on the received feedback.
